1) What is KOKOBOX?
KOKOBOX is a monthly subscription box service that specializes in Korean makeup (KOKOSTYLE) and Korean snacks (KOKOBITES). Every month you will receive a beautiful handmade box full of carefully chosen products from Seoul.
2) What is KOKOBITES?
KOKOBITES is the name of our Korean snack box. You can choose between two sizes, KOKOBITES or KOKOBITES Jumbo. Both boxes are crammed full of interesting and mouthwatering snacks, unique to South Korea. There are at least 7 snacks in the regular KOKOBITES box and at least 12 snacks in the KOKOBITES Jumbo box.
3) What is KOKOSTYLE?
KOKOSTYLE is the name of our Korean cosmetics box. Like the snack box, you can choose between two different sizes, KOKOSTYLE and KOKOSTYLE Deluxe. These boxes are beautifully presented and include numerous full sized products that are popular in Korea right now. Each box will also include a variety of samples to keep you up to date with the latest products on the market. In order for us to tailor our products for you, please select your preferred makeup color at the checkout page (for BB creams and cushions etc).
4) Is it possible to buy someone a subscription?
You can buy someone a monthly subscription, 3 month plan or 6 month plan. To do this, please follow these simple steps.
- First, select the box you would like to give as a gift on the "shop" page.
- Next, on the product's page, select your preferred pricing plan and click 'Add to cart'.
- Next, on the checkout page, you will need to select "Ship to a different address" and enter the address of the recipient.
- Finally, please let us know in the 'order comment' field that it is a gift and we will include a letter saying that the box is from you
1) What types of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept PAYPAL as a form of payment. Your bank details will be safely stored on PAYPAL's database and never saved on our website.
2) How does the payment system work?
For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged for your first box on the day of your initial order. Subsequent recurring payments will be processed on the same date of each month as your initial order. For example, if you purchase a subscription box on the 25th October, your next payment will be automatically processed on the 25th November.
For the 3 month and 6 month prepaid plans, you will be charged the full amount upfront. These plans finish at the end of their stated time period and will not renew.
3) How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
It's possible to cancel your subscription anytime by logging into "My Account" and selecting the "cancel" button. You can also cancel by emailing us at email@example.com.
4) What is KOKOBOX's return policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to support refunds and returns. All of our products are final and nonrefundable. For monthly subscriptions, customers are able to cancel their subscription anytime before the next payment date.
1) When do you stop taking orders for next month?
Our cutoff date is the last day of every month. Our countdown at the bottom of the page will inform you about how many days you have left to order next month's box.
2) When do you ship your boxes?
We ship all of our boxes from Seoul on the 2nd Monday of each month. Estimated delivery times can be calculated from the table below. We currently don't offer a tracking service but we hope to provide one in the future 🙂
3) Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally. However, before purchasing one of our boxes, please take the time to check with your country's customs policy. We are unable to refund or replace your box if it goes missing or is seized at airport customs.
3) How much is shipping?
We offer FREE international shipping to anywhere in the world.
4) How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address by going to "My Account" and clicking on "edit" beside the Shipping address. Or if you prefer, you can send us your new address by email and we will change it for you.
